Why should I attend Elevate?

Elevate is Juvare’s premier user conference, bringing together emergency management, healthcare, and business continuity professionals from around the world. Over five days, you’ll meet counterparts from across the federal, state & local, healthcare & public health, and corporate sectors. You’ll also get hands-on training on WebEOC, UCP, and our HealthSuite products, hear directly from peers through client-led case studies, and connect with the Juvare product team shaping what’s next. Whether you’re new to our solutions or a longtime power user, Elevate is where you’ll sharpen your skills, expand your network, and leave with practical strategies you can put to work immediately.

What is included in my registration?

Conference registration includes access to all main stage keynotes and presentations; breakout sessions (client- and Juvare-led); our expo hall with the chance to talk 1:1 with Juvare team members, partners, and sponsors; the Juvare Innovation Lab where you can collab with our UX Design team; and networking events. Daily meals that take place during conference hours will be provided.

Can I receive a refund if I am unable to attend?

Tickets are nonrefundable, but registrations are transferable to a colleague at no charge — just email [email protected] with the new attendee’s information.

How do I book a hotel room at the conference rate?

Elevate 2027 will be held at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. A discounted room block is available for conference attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the booking link in your registration confirmation email, or contact the hotel directly.

Do you have any documents (like a justification letter) that will help me receive conference approval from my organization?

Yes! We understand that our Federal and SLED users may be required to submit justification letters to receive approval and budget. We’ve prepared these templates to help you: Federal Justification Letter and State & Local Justification Letter. Please reach out to your CSM if we can assist with any further documentation for this process.

Is there a mobile app for the event?

Yes. The Elevate mobile app gives you the full agenda, session details, speaker bios, and real-time updates, plus tools to build your personal schedule and connect with other attendees. Download details will be emailed prior to the event.

What should I wear?

Business casual is recommended for all conference sessions. Meeting rooms can run cool, so we suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater layer.

May I bring my spouse?

Guests are welcome to join you in New Orleans, but conference sessions, meals, and networking events are reserved for registered attendees. If you’d like to add a guest pass for specific evening events, contact [email protected] to check availability.
